CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

• Up to 15 days before: Free cancellation. Change of dates available.

• 14 to 7 days before: Date changes available.

• 6 to 0 days before: Date changes only with medical/work proof.

** A maximum of 2 date changes can be made.

SCHEDULES

• Entry from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. From this time onwards it will be accessed using a password provided on the same day.

• Departure time until 11.00. If you exceed the hour there will be a penalty.

• Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

• From 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. it is not possible to use the common area out of respect for other guests.

 

INFORMATION OF INTEREST

• An identity document will be requested from anyone over 16 years of age.

• Children under 12 years old are NOT accepted. If you arrive with a minor, your stay will be cancelled. 

• Pets are NOT allowed.

• Parties are NOT allowed.
